Falcons' Julio Jones: No practice Wednesday

Head coach Dan Quinn said Jones (toe) won't take part in Wednesday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Turf toe is not to be trifled with, so Jones' lack of practice reps to kick off Week 14 prep isn't unexpected. Due to his established rapport with Matt Ryan, Jones doesn't necessarily need to practice in order to be ready for game day, though Quinn did mention that the wideout will "likely" participate in Thursday's session. Although such a development would be welcome news to his owners, rehab will still be a part of his regimen, meaning he may not progress beyond a limited showing.
