Steph Curry demands explanation for Cam Newton benching

The Carolina Panthers surprised everyone by sending out backup quarterback Derek Anderson - not Cam Newton - for their first offensive play of Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Golden State Warriors point guard and noted Panthers fan Stephen Curry was not pleased with the decision, and made his feelings known:

Newton explained afterward that he was briefly benched for violating the team's dress code - by not wearing a tie.
