Did Brady violate the NFL's media policy by sharing this goofy video?

Tom Brady/Facebook

Tom Brady's Facebook team shared this video of the quarterback attempting (and mostly failing) to throw a block for LeGarrette Blount in Sunday's win over the New York Jets.

The video is amusing, in a fairly simple way, but the real story here could be that Brady may have violated the NFL's new media policy by sharing it.

The NFL introduced strict rules this season preventing teams from sharing most forms of highlights on social media. Teams can be fined up to $100,000 for violating the policy, which has led some teams to come up with clever workarounds.

These highlight rules presumably also apply to players, though the NFL is secretive about this stuff. It's possible Brady will be getting a call or letter from the league office - something he would probably rather avoid considering his recent history with Roger Goodell.
