Bills' LeSean McCoy: Taking part in Friday's practice

McCoy (thumb) suited up for Friday's practice, Joe Buscaglia of WKBW Buffalo reports.

Analysis:

While McCoy was able to get on the practice field for the third straight day, he was also spotted still wearing a large wrap on his injured left thumb. Previous reports have indicated that McCoy is likely to play this week, but a final call on his availability may not come until Sunday. Fellow running back Mike Gillislee (hamstring) is also injured, so one way or another, the team will enter the weekend with Jonathan Williams and Reggie Bush as the only healthy running backs on the roster.
