McCoy will not return to Sunday's game against the Bengals after suffering a thumb injury.
Analysis:
With McCoy unavailable, Mike Gillislee is in line to head the Bills' Week 11 rushing attack the rest of the way. Prior to his exit from Sunday's game, McCoy had carried five times for 33 yards and a TD and caught two passes for 12 yards.
