Browns' Cody Kessler: Ruled out for Sunday
Kessler (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Jets, Mary Kay Cabot of The Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis:
Kessler remains subject to the league protocol after suffering a concussion last weekend. With him unavailable, veteran Josh McCown will return from a broken collarbone to make his first start since Week 2 and rookie Kevin Hogan will continue occupying backup duties.
