Redskins' Jordan Reed: Cleared to travel to London

Reed (concussion) has been cleared to travel with the Redskins to London.

Analysis:

Receiving clearance to travel doesn't necessarily mean that Reed will be able to suit up Sunday against the Bengals. Instead, he'll take part in practice Friday, after which he may make another visit to an independent neurologist. The latter point is the most crucial one for determining his availability, so Friday's injury report will be of utmost interest to those invested in the tight end. If Reed remains sidelined, Vernon Davis will continue to act as the starting TE.
