Texans' DeAndre Hopkins: Scores in opener against Bears
Hopkins corralled five of eight targets for 54 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's season-opening victory over the Bears.
Analysis:
Hopkins proved last season that he can deliver despite questionable quarterback play, so it's not surprising that he immediately clicked with newly-acquired signal caller Brock Osweiler. He was outplayed by rookie first-round pick Will Fuller (five catches for 107 yards and a touchdown), but the pendulum should swing back the veteran's way as defenses start to pay more attention to the youngster. At just 24 years of age, Nuk's best days could still be ahead of him.
