Eagles' Dorial Green-Beckham: Will play preseason finale

Green-Beckham will play in Thursday's preseason finale, Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News reports.

Green-Beckham has a great opportunity to get valuable in-game reps Thursday, as fellow wideouts Jordan Matthews (knee) and Nelson Agholor aren't expected to play and Josh Huff probably won't feature long. That leaves Green-Beckham to potentially lead Philadelphia's receiving corps, which should help him get up to speed in the Eagles' offense ahead of Week 1. The recently acquired wideout caught two passes for 15 yards and a touchdown in preseason action against the Colts over the weekend, and given Philadelphia's lack of playmakers at receiver, he could emerge as a standout performer once he gets acclimated to his new offense.
