Vikings' David Morgan: Has two receptions Sunday

Morgan had two receptions for 17 yards in Sunday's preseason win over San Diego.

Analysis:

With MyCole Pruitt hurting his leg in the game and Rhett Ellison working his way back from a torn patellar tendon, Morgan could have a significant role early in the season. However, he'd mostly be used as a blocking tight end and may not get many passes thrown his way. Still, he's had a strong preseason and could surprise if given a larger role.
