Buccaneers' Adam Humphries: Strengthens case for roster spot

Humphries returned a punt for a 73-yard touchdown in Friday's preseason win over the Browns, also catching two passes for 39 yards on five targets.

Analysis:

Humphries worked as the No. 3 wide receiver, with both of his catches coming on Tampa's second offensive drive and all five of his targets occurring while Jameis Winston was under center. Seemingly a lock for the final roster, Humphries has positioned himself to open the season as the No. 3 wideout and top punt returner.
