The 24-year-old suffered an ankle sprain during Tuesday's joint practice with the Buccaneers which appears to be jeopardizing his availability for the team's tune-up third preseason game. Cleveland's head of football operations Sashi Brown noted that Erving is unlikely to play in the Browns' final preseason matchup anyway, but the team would like to see their projected starting center in action once more before the regular season begins.
