Chiefs' Tamba Hali: Could play in preseason

When asked if Hali (knee) or Jamaal Charles (knee) would record any snaps in the preseason, head coach Andy Reid responded, "only if I feel they are right."

Analysis:

Hali was taken off the PUP list Monday as he finally is healthy enough to take the field after undergoing offseason knee surgery. There is no reason for the Chiefs to rush their veteran linebacker back into the fold and will likely only give him reps when they are fully confident in his health.
