Colts' Patrick Robinson: Considered day-to-day with groin injury

Robinson (groin) is considered day-to-day, Mike Chappell of Indysportscentral.com reports.

Analysis:

Having started 10 games for the Chargers last season, the Colts acquired the cornerback in March with hopes that he could help out alongside Vontae Davis (ankle). Although Robinson missed Indianapolis' second preseason game last Saturday, the seven-year vet is expected be able to play in the team's third preseason game this Saturday, where he'll have a chance to cement his spot as the team's No. 2 cornerback.
