49ers' Eli Harold: Leaves game, avoids serious injury

Harold left Saturday's game after getting the wind knocked out of him. He finished with one tackle in the 31-24 win over the Broncos.

Analysis:

Harold went down and remained on the ground after colliding with teammate Tank Carradine. It initially did not look good considering the time it took for him to get off the field, but Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reported that he simply had the wind knocked out of him. This is good news for Harold, who seems to have avoided a serious injury. He is currently one of the favorites to fill in for Aaron Lynch (suspension) for the first four weeks of the season.
