Lions' Darius Slay: Makes preseason debut

Slay logged one tackle in in his preseason debut Thursday against the Bengals.

Analysis:

Slay was considered questionable for the game with what head coach Jim Caldwell described as a "medical situation," but appeared fit and able Thursday, albeit in limited action. He'll enter the 2016 season as the Lions' top cornerback coming off a 2015 campaign that saw him finish as ProFootballFocus.com's second-highest-graded corner and No. 44 player overall.
