Vikings' Laquon Treadwell: No receptions in second preseason game

Treadwell did not have a reception, but was targeted four times in Thursday's preseason win over Seattle.

Analysis:

It wasn't exactly an encouraging outing for the idea of Treadwell having a large role in the offense right away. He didn't play with Teddy Bridgewater at quarterback, but he still had some balls thrown his way on which he could have made plays. Treadwell is behind Charles Johnson on the depth chart, and Thursday's game shows it may take some time until the 2016 first-round draft pick becomes a prominent part of the offense. Still, Treadwell could move up the depth chart rapidly during the regular season.
