Patriots' Julian Edelman: Practices in full Sunday

Edelman (foot) was a full participant in Sunday's practice, Ben Volin of the Boston Globe reports.

Analysis:

Edelman missed the Patriots'preseason opener after tweaking his surgically-repaired foot last week. The team was expected to exercise caution with their No. 1 wide out, so his quick return to practice seems to indicate the tweak was not a big cause for concern. The Kent State product will continue looking to build a rapport with Jimmy Garoppolo, who will be under center for the first four games of the season.
