Bills' LeSean McCoy: May not play Saturday

McCoy (ankle) isn't expected to receive many snaps during Saturday's preseason game versus the Colts, Mike Rodak of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Head coach Rex Ryan also suggested that McCoy may not see "any" action, according to Sal Maiorana of the Democrat and Chronicle. The reasoning for the potential DNP could range from the ankle injury that hindered him in the offseason program to his status as a veteran. While the latter is the more likely scenario, the Bills will turn to Mike Gillislee and Jonathan Williams as the first two options out of the backfield Saturday.
