Browns' Corey Coleman: Could play Friday

Coach Hue Jackson indicated that there is a chance that Coleman (hamstring) will play Friday against Green Bay, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Analysis:

That said, we'd expect the Browns to proceed cautiously with the rookie wideout as the team's preseason opener approaches. Keeping Coleman healthy is of clear import, in particular with his future potential fellow starting wideout Josh Gordon not eligible to play in a regular season game before Week 5. Coleman's standing with the team is reflected by the Browns' current posted depth chart which lists him as a starting wide receiver, along with converted QB Terrelle Pryor.
