Packers' Jordy Nelson: Knee issues not serious

Nelson's knee issue is a result of tendinitis from overcompensating during rehab, Ed Werder of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

The injury is not viewed as serious and shouldn't affect Nelson's status for the beginning of the season. Despite early reports, the tendinitis is located in the opposite knee of the torn ACL that Nelson suffered almost a year ago. Look for more updates to come as training camp gets underway.
