Ravens' Joe Flacco: Available for start of camp

Flacco (knee) is not on the PUP list for the start of training camp, the Ravens' official site reports.

The health of his receiving corps seems to be the bigger issue, with both Steve Smith (Achilles) and Breshad Perriman (knee) unavailable for the start of camp and uncertain for the beginning of the season.
