One of David Johnson's most recent workouts, as shared on his official Instagram page Wednesday, included bar-bending squat reps of 500 pounds.

The Arizona Cardinals running back heads into his second NFL season looking to build upon an electrifying rookie campaign, in which he racked up a total of 1,038 yards and 12 touchdowns from scrimmage.
