It's official: Russell Wilson is a married man.
The Seattle Seahawks quarterback shared the first photo from his wedding to R&B singer Ciara on Wednesday, confirming reports that the couple tied the knot at a castle in England. He captioned it, "We are The Wilsons!"
Ciara shared the same photo on her social media accounts.
The couple has been together since spring 2015.
