Yasiel Puig has made another friend.

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff - this year's first overall pick in the NFL Draft - stopped by Dodger Stadium Monday. After taking some batting practice he was welcomed to Chavez Ravine by none other than the injured Dodgers outfielder, who officially put the feud between them in the past by presenting Goff with his very own #PuigMyFriend T-shirt.

Puig first welcomed Goff to Los Angeles immediately after the Rams drafted him in April, and offered to treat him to a Dodgers game. The warm reception was surprising to many given Goff had some rather unkind words for the Cuban in 2013.

Goff sent the tweet before starting his college career at California, and said his new friend has taken the whole thing in stride.

"It's funny," Goff told Joey Kaufman of the Orange County Register. "It was something I tweeted when I was 17 years old and it came up now. He thought it was funny. He was really cool. To have the chance to meet him … it was a cool thing."

Goff will also throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Dodgers' game against Colorado. Appropriately, Puig will be his catcher.
