Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey says he's returned to full health after missing the entire 2015 season due to a fractured fibula.

Pouncey underwent multiple procedures to correct the injury, and is rearing to go after a prolonged absence, telling reporters that he's at 100 percent.

"I'm 26 years old, man," Pouncey said to Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “I'm doing everything. I don't need time off. I'm (ticked) off I missed a lot. I'm ready to go."

A four-time Pro Bowler, Pouncey is the focal point of the team's offensive line and is looking to make a major contribution as the Steelers gear up for another postseason appearance.

After missing one of his prime years, Pouncey is trying to remain positive.

"It was hard," Pouncey said. "You love football and things like that happen. You just have to look at the bright side of things. I'm blessed to be out here."

With Pouncey and Le'Veon Bell returning to the offense after fending off injuries, the Steelers' offense could put the NFL on notice entering 2016.
