Ravens' Urschel to square off vs. U.S. chess champion

Baltimore Ravens guard John Urschel will test his critical thinking ability off the field in an unusual way Friday.

Urschel - who's also working on his Ph.D in applied mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - will face U.S. chess champion Fabiano Caruana as part of the Liberty Science Center's World Blitz Chess Title Bout.

Caruana, who sports the the third-highest rating of all time, will have two minutes to complete his moves, while Urschel will be allowed three minutes.
