It seems Russell Wilson's commencement speech at Wisconsin over the weekend has rubbed certain people the wrong way.

Not only was his speech chalk full of falsely self-deprecating banter, it stretched many truths and contained outright lies, according to former teammate Kalani Heppe.

Heppe - a senior offensive lineman when Wilson was a redshirt freshman - may have an axe to grind, as Wilson fled the Wolfpack for greener pastures in Wisconsin. But there was a lot in his speech that doesn't add up. He also deleted his Facebook post shortly after it went up.

In addition to inconsistencies about his time playing both football and baseball at NC State that were detailed by Will Brinson of CBS Sports on Monday, Wilson may have invented the entire narrative that he was belittled and forced out of NC State by head coach Tom O'Brien in favor of Mike Glenon.

Unfortunately, O'Brien has decided not to comment one way or another.
