As one of the hottest up-and-and-coming teams in the league, the Oakland Raiders are looking to get their team back to where it once was.

One of the ways they're looking to get back to the glory days is adding a familiar name.

On Wednesday, the Raiders announced the signing of their franchise sack leader's son and undrafted free agent, Greg Townsend Jr.

Greg Townsend Sr. recorded a franchise-record 107.5 career sacks through 12 seasons with the Raiders, debuting in the team's last Super Bowl-winning season in 1983.

Townsend Jr. played his college ball at USC, making appearances in 33 career games and recording 24 tackles with 3.5 sacks.
