Dolphins' Cameron Wake: Signs a two-year extension

Wake (Achilles) signed a two-year extension with Miami on Saturday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

Analysis:

Wake is 34 years old and coming off an Achilles tear, so the fact that he's getting $10 million fully guaranteed is a little bit of a surprise. This shows the confidence that Miami has in Wake - that he will not only be 100 percent healthy for the 2016 season but also his usual disruptive self in the backfield.
