Watch: Ted Cruz sidesteps question about Flacco's eliteness

It's a question that's been asked time and time again: Is Joe Flacco elite?

Barack Obama and Donald Trump have both weighed in, and on Thursday, Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz was asked for his opinion on the Baltimore Ravens quarterback.

Cruz wouldn't give a definitive answer, though, instead leaving the question in the hands of Ravens fans.
