Nash has been sidelined since suffering a bone bruise in his leg on a collision with the boards during a Jan. 22 game against the Carolina Hurricanes.
The 31-year-old has 12 goals and 21 assists in 45 games this season.
Vigneault also announced goaltender Henrik Lundqvist and defenseman Marc Staal would be returning Saturday.
