Two minutes, 38 seconds.

Mika Zibanejad's first career hat trick Saturday in Calgary stands as the fastest in Ottawa Senators history.

His feat, which lifted the Senators to a comeback win over the Flames, obliterates the previous mark held by Marian Hossa, who turned the trick in just a little over seven minutes in 2003.

The natural hat trick also saw Zibanejad become the first Senators player to score three straight since Jason Spezza in October 2013.

It's worth noting the fastest trifecta in league history belongs to Bill Mosienko, who scored three goals in 21 seconds in 1952.
