Nelson Cruz shatters windshield during BP session

Taking his fist cuts of spring Thursday, Nelson Cruz was already doing heavy damage - literally.
The Seattle Mariners slugger put a serious dent in the windshield of a car parked near the club's spring facility. It's not clear if it was a foul or home run ball that caused the damage, however.
Cruz led the majors with 40 home runs in 2014, and bettered his mark last year with 44 round-trippers.
The veteran outfielder isn't the first big-leaguer to accomplish the feat this spring, as Chicago Cubs youngster Kyle Schwarber recently deposited a ball into a windshield.
