A fan at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla., was struck by a puck late in the second period of Saturday's game between the Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators.
The on-ice officials elected to start the intermission early, adding the remaining 32.1 seconds on to the start of the third period.
