Kings place Marian Gaborik on IR

The Los Angeles Kings have placed forward Marian Gaborik on injured reserve.
The 33-year-old suffered a lower-body injury in Friday's game against the New York Rangers. He'll return to Los Angeles to be evaluated further, according to LA Kings Insider Jon Rosen.
Gaborik had played in all 54 of the team's games this season, and had appeared in 99 straight contests.
He has 12 goals and 22 points on the season.
