Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban was unquestionably frustrated after yet another loss following the All-Star break on Tuesday. However, he was even more infuriated with Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Radko Gudas.

Gudas was given a five-minute major and a game misconduct for clipping after knocking down Canadiens youngster Lucas Lessio with a low hit.

Subban was not a fan of the play, which left Lessio in pain on the ice.

"I thought it was low," Subban told Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer. "I mean, when I saw the replay on the screen in front of the bench - I didn't see it live - it looked like it was low. I don't know the player personally, but it seems like when you're on the ice with him he's the type of guy who will do stuff like that."

The 26-year-old All-Star - who picked up his team-leading 38th point of the season in the loss - didn't stop there.

"I don't think it's anything that reflects on their team," Subban said. "They have guys that play the game hard and finish their checks, which you need to respect. But I don't respect guys that do hits like that. You know what you're doing in that situation, and I thought it was low."

Gudas is not expected to receive supplemental discipline for the hit. The 25-year-old was suspended three games earlier in the season for delivering a head shot to Ottawa Senators forward Mika Zibanejad.
