Vancouver Canucks forward Brandon Prust and Calgary Flames forward Mason Raymond have been placed on waivers.
Prust was a healthy scratch for three consecutive games before the All-Star break. He has struggled since being acquired by the Canucks, recording just one goal and six assists in 35 games.
2-of-2: “This decision was based on the need to provide more opportunity for our younger players. We appreciate Brandon's contributions.”

The 31-year-old will become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season.
Raymond has been in and out of the lineup all season for the Flames, tallying just four goals and one assist in 29 games.
The 30-year-old has been limited to under 12 minutes of ice time in three of his last five games.
