James Harden scores 40 points in loss to Wizards

Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden's 21st game of the season with 30 points or more was not enough to lift his team to victory on Saturday night against the Washington Wizards.

Harden led all scorers with 40 points on 12-of-20 shooting from the field, 6-of-9 from 3-point range, and a perfect 10-of-10 from the charity stripe in a narrow 123-122 loss at the Toyota Center.
