Werder Bremen sends Felix Kroos on loan to FC Union

Relegation fodder Werder Bremen has had a busy Friday following the additions of Sambou Yatabare and Gerhard Tremmel with a loan deal for Felix Kroos, who will join FC Union.

The Berlin-based, second-division side has welcomed the younger brother of Real Madrid standout Toni Kroos on a loan until the end of the season.

Felix, 24, has made eight league appearances this year for 18th-place Bremen, prompting a move to mid-table FC Union.
