5-star TE Isaac Nauta could solidify Georgia's offense under Kirby Smart
There are only two five-star offensive recruits in the class of 2016, and tight end Isaac Nauta could have the most immediate impact of any player on the ESPN 300.
Equipped with a full arsenal of receiving and blocking skills, Nauta will be an integral cog going forward in Georgia's regime under new head coach Kirby Smart and pass-heavy offensive coordinator Jim Chaney.
The 6-foot-4 Florida native is considered one of the most college-ready recruits in the country and will be a reliable target for quarterback Greyson Lambert, provided he gets the opportunity to start as a freshman. If Nauta earns a starting role, he can also ensure strong edge blocking for running back Nick Chubb, who will return in 2016 with Heisman aspirations after a horrific knee injury cut his 2015 campaign short.
With four-star quarterback Jacob Eason also in the Bulldogs' 2016 class, the future for Georgia's pass-attack looks bright, but with Nauta in the fold, the entire offense could take flight immediately.
