The baseball landscape has changed drastically since World Series odds opened on Oct. 26, with several major-league teams making high-profile trades or signings.
Everyone is chasing the revamped Chicago Cubs, who have solidified themselves as the betting favorite with the signings of John Lackey, Ben Zobrist, and Jason Heyward this offseason.
The San Francisco Giants - who added hurlers Johnny Cueto and Jeff Samardzija to the mix - and the Arizona Diamondbacks - the new proud owners of prized righties Shelby Miller and Zack Greinke - have both drastically improved their odds to close the gap.
