Saint-Etienne has announced the signing of striker Alexander Soderlund from Norwegian top-flight side Rosenborg BK.
Soderlund, 28, will join Les Verts for their Coupe de France match Sunday against Raon l'Etape, manager Christophe Galtier announced during a press conference Saturday.
The 23-time-capped Norwegian international has scored 38 times in 63 appearances in all competitions for Rosenborg since joining the defending Tippeligaen champions in 2013 from Haugesund.
Soderlund joins the Ligue 1 side on a contract through June 2019, according to L'Equipe.
