Despite Zlatan Ibrahimovic insisting that he intends to stay at Paris Saint-Germain for the foreseeable future, his agent and incessant mouthpiece, Mino Raiola, has talked up his client's suitability for the English game.

The Swede's contract in the French capital expires at the end of the 2015-16 campaign, and rumours of links to Major League Soccer, the Qatar Stars League, and a return to AC Milan have surfaced.

Raiola said Ibrahimovic, 34, will stay put during the January transfer window, but thinks Premier League football could be an option afterwards.

"He will definitely stay with Paris Saint-Germain until the end of the season." he told Sky Sports. "He wants to be with them, they want to be with him. We have a very strong relationship with the club. He will not leave in January."

But he admitted: "I would like to see him in the Premier League. I think it's a game that is made for him with his strength. His ability, his technique, the stadiums with fantastic atmosphere and how football is lived."

There is no action for Les Parisiens this weekend, with their next fixture coming on Jan. 8 with the visit of Bastia. Ibrahimovic is likely to play a pivotal role again, with the veteran plundering an incredible 15 goals in 13 league starts this term.
