Noah knocked out of Bulls' loss to Nets with sprained left shoulder
Joakim Noah left the third quarter of Monday's 105-102 Chicago Bulls' home loss to the Brooklyn Nets with a sprained left shoulder and did not return.
Noah got his arm tied up with the Nets' Andrea Bargnani late in the third and appeared to be in severe pain, leaving the floor quickly to be tended to.

Noah's reaction brought to mind Kevin Love's dislocated shoulder in last spring's playoffs. After the game, Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg said Noah would be re-evaluated Tuesday. X-rays were negative.
Noah says his shoulder popped out and popped back in. He'll get an MRI tomorrow.

The 30-year-old Noah is having one of the worst statistical years of his career, coming off the bench for the first time since the 2009-10 season. Still, he's an integral part of the Bulls' second unit, averaging just under nine rebounds and over one block per game.
The NBA's Defensive Player of the Year of two seasons ago is an unrestricted free agent next summer.
