Suspended Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested early Saturday morning in Oklahoma on charges of driving under the influence, records from the Carter County Sheriff's Office show.

This is the second time Blackmon has been arrested since being suspended indefinitely by the NFL for multiple violations of the league's substance abuse policy.

The 25-year-old was arrested for possession of marijuana in July 2014 after police found the substance in his car during a traffic violation stop. He applied for reinstatement prior to this season, but was denied by the league.

Selected by the Jaguars with the No. 5 overall pick of the 2012 draft, Blackmon has caught 93 passes for 1,280 yards and six touchdowns in 20 games with the team.
