Report: Blue Jays agree to minor-league deal with Wade LeBlanc

Wade LeBlanc agreed to a minor-league contract with the Toronto Blue Jays, which includes an invite to spring training, ESPN's Jerry Crasnick reports.
Analysis:
He pitched in Japan last year after pitching seven seasons in the big leagues, primarily as a starter. However, he was trending toward working mostly as a reliever in 2013 and 2014, and figures to work almost exclusively as a LOOGY if he reaches the big leagues with Toronto.
