"Chances are slim" that Stephen Curry will play in Wednesday night's contest versus the Dallas Mavericks, according to Golden State Warriors coach Luke Walton.

Curry is dealing with a mysterious lower leg injury and is currently undergoing an MRI.

After missing 66 games during his first three years in the league, Curry has done a good job of staying on the floor since - never missing more than four games in a season from 2012-15. Wednesday would be Curry's first missed game of 2015-16.

The Davidson alumnus is having an MVP-caliber year thus far, leading the NBA in scoring (30.5 points per game) while shooting 51.1 percent from the field and 44.6 percent from three.

Shaun Livingston is averaging 5.9 points and 2.6 assists per game while shooting 50 percent from the floor this season.
