Robert Hanashiro-USA TODAY Sports
UCLA's Ka'imi Fairbairn was named the nation's top kicker with the Groza Award on Thursday.
Fairbairn converted 20-of-23 field-goal attempts this season and all 44 of his extra-point tries. His 60-yard field goal was the longest field goal by any kicker this season.
The Senior Bruin edged out Daniel Carlson of Auburn and Jake Elliot of Memphis to capture the honor. He joins Kai Forbath as the only Bruins to take home the Groza.
