The Liverpool striker, whose immense injury history is beyond absurd at this point, is expected to miss a few weeks with a hamstring strain he suffered in Sunday's loss to Newcastle, according to the Guardian.

Sturridge, who played only 28 minutes in that contest at St. James' Park, has made a mere five Premier League appearances this season, scoring twice.
